ES Sessions - Emily Rink

We are so excited to introduce you to our second ES Sessions artist, Emily Rink

I met Emily a few years ago during a photoshoot and needless to say, she became one of my favourite faces and not only because she is a jaw dropping model, but because she has such a kind and beautiful soul, not to mention she is an incredibly talented singer/songwriter.

Emily has the type of voice that makes you want to stop and listen. She is captivating. So, when she agreed to come and perform for us, we were beyond thrilled.  Her musical career is off to a flying start and she has already released 2 singles on Spotify, Restless’ and ‘She Doesn’t know’, Check them out and you will understand why we are in love with her deep, smooth tone and vocal melodies.

For her set she has chosen 2 songs, the first is an original which is yet to be reordered called Cut the Line, which covered my body with  goosebumps when she performed it for us on set. The second is her own stripped back cover of Lime Cordials – Is he your Man, (bottom of page)

Check out her ES Session below along with her interview with us.

In your own words, please tell us a bit about yourself and what you do?
My name is Emily! I grew up on the west side of Brisbane with a cat, dogs, chickens and horses. Growing up on acreage definitely makes me an outdoorsy kinda girl. I do a few things. Some hobbies of mine include surfing, sun baking and horse riding. I’ve been singing for as long as I can remember, began playing piano and writing my own music during high school. Music is my best friend and my passion. Whenever I have a spare moment I’m listening, dancing or singing to a song.

Describe the collection in 3 words.
Edgy, classy and cool

What is your favourite ES Piece and why?
The Maisie Crop. It’s fresh, has a unique cut and makes me feel confident and sexy.

How would you wear your favourite piece to work with your own personal style?
