- Its made from cotton linter, a waste product of cotton. Yay for reducing waste!
- Its produced in a closed loop like Tencel and Lyocell, which means that the chemicals used can be extracted afterwards and the water can be reused.
- It’s made from 100% plant-based materials, so it’s biodegradable.
- It can be washed in water (either machine-washed or hand-washed), so there’s no need to dry clean.

Lyocell possess low shrinkage characteristics, as well as good moisture absorbency and wrinkle resistant qualities. It is stronger than other cellulosic fibers, has subtle luster and takes up dye very well which results in rich colored garments.

Cotton is a natural vegetable fiber that grows in the seed pod of the cotton plant. It is a medium strong and soft material. It breathes well, making it optimal for usage all year round. Cotton also absorbs moisture - making it unsuitable for warmer weather. Its comfortable next to skin because of its fineness and softness, however it has poor elasticity and therefore it is commonly blended with spandex as with our Rouge Tank Top. This blend improves the easy-care and durability of the clothing.
