SHIPPING

Elaine Studio strives to make your online experience a smooth and enjoyable one. Please read our policy below and if you have any further questions please email us and we will do our best to help you.

All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days of order receipt.

All orders Returned to Sender due to not being claimed, or for incorrect addresses, re- delivery charges may be applicable.

Delivery time is an estimate only and Elaine Studio is not liable for any loss or damage suffered through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery

DELIVERY IN AUSTRALIA

FREE SHIPPING is available for orders over $200 via Australia Post Express services or Courier Services.

For metro areas please allow 1-2 working days for delivery.

For regional addresses and Western Australia please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

For orders less than $200, a $15 flat rate shipping fee will apply for Standard Shipping and a $30 flat rate shipping fee will apply for Express Shipping.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA

A flat rate shipping fee of $15 for International Standard Delivery. Please allow 6-10 business days for delivery.

A flat rate shipping fee of $30 for International Express Delivery. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Elaine Studio shall not be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is placed. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed, rest with the customer.

RETURNS

Elaine Studio offers returns as we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will be happy to accept a return (minus shipping costs) subject to the following conditions.

Returns for refund are accepted if sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.
Upon receipt of your items, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive a refund for the purchase price excluding shipping costs directly to the original method of payment used for purchase.

Return postage will be a buyers expense unless the items received are eligible for Faulty Refund. In this case Elaine Studio will incur postage.

Proof of purchase packed with the item

The items MUST be in their original condition. All items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and with all tags attached and associated packaging in original condition.

We recommend a tracked and registered postal service, as we do not consider the goods Returned until they have been safely received. Elaine Studio is not liable for loss or damage of goods in transit.

EXCHANGE

You may return and exchange your items within 14 days for a different size (subject to availability).

Any promotions mentioning Final Sale are not eligible for exchange, refund, or return, unless faulty.

FAULTY RETURNS

You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days, including return shipping upon confirmation of items being faulty.

What defines faulty?
- Manufacturing Faults.
- Delivered items differ from ordered items.
- Clear defect or damage.

All fault confirmation is based on Elaine Studio's assessment once returned. Return shipping costs can e refunded for up to $15 for domestic Shipping and $30 for international Shipping.

Please ensure to follow care label instructions, as failing to do so could result in damage to the items which is not covered y our Returns Policy.
